Support
One person makes Yield. Email goes straight to him.
There is no ticket queue and no bot. Write, and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the code — usually within two working days.
That button opens your mail app with the questions below already in the message. If it does not, write to viacheslav.krivonosov@gmail.com directly.
What to include
Four things turn most reports into a fix on the first reply:
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Where in the game it happened — which junction, which practice-yard room, or which part of the menu.
- Your device and operating system version.
- The app version, shown on the menu screen.
Do not report a wrong rule by email
If Yield gave you a fault you think was wrong, there is a better route: open the fault and tap Dispute. That sends the rule, the junction, the maneuver you were driving and your speed at the time, all attached to each other — which is what makes it possible to go and check the rule against the handbook. An email cannot carry any of that, and a dispute with ten reports behind it gets fixed faster than one described from memory.
Getting the rules right is the entire point of this game, so these are read.
Lost progress
Your miles and completed rooms are stored only on your device — there is no account and no cloud backup, by design. Deleting the app, or resetting a device without a backup, clears them permanently, and we have no copy to restore. A device-level backup that includes app data is the only way to carry progress to a new phone.
Privacy and data requests
What Yield collects, and what it never touches, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Requests to access or delete data go to the same email address; the fastest complete deletion is always to uninstall the app, which removes everything held on your device along with the anonymous analytics identifier.
Common questions
Ads, purchases, offline play, what Yield is for and who it is aimed at are all answered in the questions on the home page.
